2016 is off to a booming start for us here at Pavati HQ. With the all-new AL24 Wakeboard Boat hitting the water and boat shows, saying that things have been “buzzin” around here would be an understatement.
In case you missed it, the all-new Pavati AL24 was just featured by our friends over at WakeboardingMag in their 2016 Boat Buyers Guide. While the other major boat manufacturers such as Mastercraft Boats, Malibu Boats, Nautique Boats, Centurion Boats, Axis Wake and so forth were included in this edition of the guide, we can’t help but to be proud of how our boat stacks up to these long-time companies, and in quite a few cases, out-innovates and out-performs them. Here’s the short version of what WakeboardingMag had to say:
“Pavati’s all-aluminum wakeboard boat, the AL24, is something you won’t see from any other inboard manufacturer on the market today, and it’s quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. Buyers looking for recreational wakeboard and surf capabilities in a unique package, which does some things better than any fiberglass inboard, should consider the AL24.” -WakeboardingMag
They go on to highlight some of the key features of the AL24, but we’ll explain a little further on why Pavati has broken the mold and why The Revolution Has Begun.
The all-aluminum construction of Pavati boats makes the boat a little lighter, it doesn’t heat up, and it’s stronger than traditional fiberglass construction. Questions about the durability of this boat? We’re so confident in how solid these boats are built to last, that we stand by a transferrable lifetime warranty on the hull. Nobody else does that! Just one of the many reasons why aluminum is superior to fiberglass.
Moving on to the interior, you’ll find a completely finished overall package with countless built-in features that leaves nothing you’ve ever wished was in a wake boat, out of the picture. Inside the AL24 wakeboard boat, storage is deep enough to fit 3 wakesurf boards in a side compartment, there’s a dry storage drawer at midships, the subfloor storage is marked, and a lot of the storage links up so there are multiple access points. This is all possible because of the subfloor ballast, which weighs in at 4,200 pounds stock.
One of the many industry firsts is the Garmin touchscreen appearing for the first time in an inboard wake boat. It’s a 12 inch screen and is actually a chart plotter originally made for yachts. It links up with Garmin’s action camera and records your riders directly to the screen or can feed directly to your phone. Speaking of phones, with the Garmin app; you can switch your boat batteries or engine on and fully monitor all of the integrated marine sensors and gauges wirelessly, right from the palm of your hand. On top of that, the Garmin system controls the important stuff, like lighting, wake shaping, GPS speed control, the Riptide surf system and much more.
Not mentioned are features such as the surf lounge, single pin folding tower (all-aluminum), in floor garbage and recycle cans, the 9,000+ watt Wet Sounds system, night-time lighting system and custom wrap and coloring options that will turn your Pavati into a reflection of you, right there on the water. From there, this list of options goes on.
Besides the fact that the AL24 competes directly in wakeboard boat price to the Mastercraft X-Star and the new Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, we know what it takes to craft such a beautiful boat, and once you get your eyes on one, you’ll understand. The hull on a Pavati boat is 100% marine grade aluminum, and hand welded from front-to-back, port to starboard side. No fiberglass, no molds, just pure American blue collar work from some of the most amazing marine welders in the industry. In other words, we don’t leave a single square inch untouched by human hands.
Overall, you’ve got the lowdown on what we’re up to and why the AL24 is the last boat you’ll ever need, but for those still wondering about the revolution, check out this feature video to give you a better taste:
For years, boats like the Mastercraft X-Star, Malibu Wakesetter, Super Air Nautique G23 and the Centurion Enzo FS44 have set the pace in the wakesurfing boat and wakeboarding boat world, but we had other things in mind. We set out to break the mold, innovate and change the game to the boat owner’s ultimate benefit by taking it to a level never reached before.
With the Pavati AL24, we’ve done exactly that.
